You can cancel your subscription anytime by reaching out to our support team via support@metricapp.co. Once you cancel a subscription, it doesn’t delete your data or Metric account and login. Your account will be auto-designated to default free forever plan. Our team will update you on the cancellation request within the next 5-7 working days.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you can request for a refund within 14 days of purchasing a subscription plan. To request, email us at support@metricapp.co. Our team will assist you and update within the next 5-7 working days.
